Treatment of postoperative inflammation.

Dexycu Dosage and Administration

Adult

Give 0.005mL intraocularly in the posterior chamber at the end of ocular surgery.

Warnings/Precautions

Glaucoma. May delay healing and increase incidence of bleb formation. Active viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva, epithelial herpes simplex keratitis, vaccinia, varicella, mycobacterial infection of the eye, and fungal disease of ocular structures: not recommended. May mask or exacerbate existing infections. Phakic patients. Monitor IOP and for secondary ocular infections in prolonged therapy. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.
