Capsules may be administered without regard to food. Chewable tablets must be chewed or crushed before swallowing. Capsules should not be substituted for the chewable tablets or suspension in the treatment of otitis media. For oral suspension: follow reconstitution instructions; shake well before using. Discard unused portion after 14 days.
