Indications

Impetigo due to S. pyogenes or S. aureus.

Xepi Dosage and Administration

Adults and Children

<2mos: not established. ≥2mos: apply thin layer to affected area twice daily for 5 days. Affected area should be 2% of total BSA and max 100cm2 (if <12yrs) or up to 100cm2 (if ≥12yrs). Wash hands after application. May be occluded.
